Halter of the curb and street keep my hands from in my pockets; tug me, sniffing from the door of girls arranged on twos and fours, or leaning in my colleague's face to bite him on the nose. A compliant man of bed and board now and then a treat or two - shake hands, lie down, roll over, stay, up to earn my dollar - I walk the route of argyle socks, dapper in this collar.
