Richard Gilmore Loftus

Richard Gilmore Loftus has lived in Majorca, Spain and Dublin, Ireland, and spent many of his 50 summers on Lake Michigan. Graduating from the University of Wisconsin with a degree in English Literature, he moved to New York in 1978 where he resided until eleven years ago. His first collection of poetry, Ralph, was published in 1993, his second, I Should Have Killed You in Bayonne, in 1994, a third, Houdini in 1996, and most recent, Memento Mori, in 2001.
